Quality Products and Equipment
Our extensive inventory includes only the finest, industrial-grade equipment. While we have literally thousands of items in our inventory, we’re always updating and expanding this inventory to ensure all of our products are in perfect condition.

Perfect Care
Sanitation: All dishes and flatware are sanitized in accordance with Ohio state food services and health codes. Every item is inspected before it leaves our premises.
In-House Laundry: This dedicated department ensures that all table linens and napkins are cleaned and ironed to meet our stringent standards.
Special Packaging: All items are specially and carefully packaged for cleanliness and safe transport. For example, china and glasses come in special racks, chairs in canvas bags, and flatware and silver trays in poly-bags.

Function Rooms
Our 3,200 square foot showroom and conference rooms are available to accommodate after-hours social events and functions. Customers will have the ability to custom-design and experiment with different table settings, linens, silver services and equipment for any type of occasion. Food may also be prepared in our test kitchen.

Reservation and Tracking
System A sophisticated and time-tested reservation system ensures accuracy and timeliness of orders, especially when multiple delivery locations are involved.

Rental Rates
All rates are based on a 48-hour period with weekends considered as a one-day rental. We also offer special discounts on rental equipment and delivery services to businesses that open an account.

Emergency Service You can reach us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with our special emergency number. Simply call the main number, (216) 901-0000, and when an auto-attendant answers, press Option 2 and leave a message.

Custom-Designed Floor
Plans and Layouts We can prepare computer-generated diagrams to show you just how your event can be organized and set up. All plans are in scale and they eliminate the guesswork on maximizing space and meeting site requirements.

Delivery
Our uniformed delivery teams can be dispatched to any location in the United States. Our large fleet of professionally decaled trucks and vehicles can be radio or pager-dispatched for last minute changes. We also offer customers two special services:
After-Hours Delivery and Pickup: This service, available 365 days a year, eliminates security and liability worries about equipment.
Timed Deliveries: Allows customers the luxury of scheduling deliveries within a 2-hour time frame to accommodate tight schedules.

Set-up and Take-Down Services:
Our staff can set up and take down items like tables, chairs, and linens for any event, large or small.

Porter Service
We can provide on-site staff to count, rack and oversee our equipment during your function to prevent loss, damage or breakage.

Special Silver Services Burnishing
We can burnish any of your small silver items.

Free Product Samples
Customers are welcome to samples, such as a candelabra or a tablecloth, at no charge. A credit card number is required for a security deposit.
