Warehouse Operations:
Linen Processing - This position involves processing linen on our state-of-the-art ironer where we inspect for quality control, verify returning inventory, and package inventory for restock. Cleanliness of work areas is paramount.

Inventory Team - Responsibilities include restocking inventory, pulling orders, staging orders, loading trucks, and attending to walk-in customers. Cleanliness of workspace and storage areas is paramount.

Dish/Prep Operations - Clean and process dishware items and all other equipment in this fast-paced position. Ensure that all equipment is tested, cleaned, rewrapped and maintained for restock. Some knowledge of light mechanical equipment repair helpful.

Transportation Team
Delivery Service Representative - Have a good knowledge of the Greater Cleveland area? This position involves making deliveries of our items to customers homes, businesses, and event sites throughout the city. Heavy lifting is part of this job. Excellent customer service skills are a must, as there is extensive customer contact with this position. Our 18' Box trucks are all automatic and easy to maneuver. Some installation and breakdown of equipment is required.

Assistant Delivery Service Representative - Assist the Delivery Service Representative in completing his/her route in a timely fashion. This position requires heavy lifting and some minor paperwork duties in transit from location to location. Our 18' Box trucks are all automatic and easy to maneuver. Some installation and breakdown of equipment is required.

Dispatcher Assistant - This position is for the person who has a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, is well organized, has strong work ethics, and handles pressure well. Must have excellent delegation skills, understand expense control, and have good planning and scheduling skills. Must also possess management mentality, have computer knowledge, transportation experience, and a solid knowledge of the Greater Cleveland and Akron areas.

Customer Service
Inside Sales - Apply your skills helping us maintain quality relationships with all of our customers. We are an integral supplier to the hospitality industry in Northeast Ohio. This inside job involves answering phones and assisting customers who stop in to develop and place orders. Our most successful employees thrive on helping others plan successful special events and parties. You must enjoy a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to work with others to consistently deliver great service.

Inside Sales Assistant - Apply your skills helping us maintain quality relationships with all of our customers. The Assistant Sales position involves answering phones and assisting customers who stop in to develop and place orders, general office responsibilities, and whatever-it-takes-to-get-the-job-done attitude. You must enjoy a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to work with others to consistently deliver great service.
